I have traveled to meetings with the OECD no less than 5 times but this is an exciting time. I also believe that it is more beneficial to my life and my thoughts than any other time because this time there will be 2 important people from the country attending the meeting, including the Minister of Education and the other person, whom I will mention in this introduction, is Professor Vicharn Panich, M.D., who is the most senior member of the group traveled to the meeting.
This event reminds me of the period when King Narai appointed a diplomat named Kosa Pan on a mission to France but having to take Phra Ajarn Chepakhao as a consultant for Kosa Pan and the group until the mission is accomplished perfectly.
