Equity Partnership’s School Network (Season 4)
Here is an overview of orientation events on 17 September 2022 at Shrewsbury International School (Riverside).
Objective
- To foster mutual understanding between instructors and students at Opportunity Expansion Schools affiliated with the Equitable Education Fund (EEF) network and students from participating international schools.
- To understand and accept the terms of participation in the program.
- Opportunity Expansion School and International School have partnered to collaboratively produce the first items from Thai schools that will be made available for online sale on the Shopee platform.
- To exchange knowledge and express opinions, although there may be differences, but can work together seamlessly.
What activities are there?
- Establishing connections, getting to know one another, engaging in self-dissolving activities, learning, imparting knowledge, playing cooperative games, planning together, cooperating, forgiving one another, and learning together.
- Redesigning the gift-giving experience so that instructors and students may use the resources offered to make gifts for themselves or to give to loved ones. Let everyone generate original thoughts and notions.
- EEF Activities for all of the paired teams. Let’s get to know our own team’s unique creation. There are opinions, suggestions for new goods, conversations to participate in, questions to raise interest in, and a team to conduct the next workshop activity that has been mutually named.
The purpose of the orientation activity
This makes it possible for educators and students from various institutions and regions to interact and engage in activities. It is challenging when people are of various ages, have different levels of education, and live in diverse environments; as a result, there must be a process to dissolve identities so that people may embrace one another without hesitation. Togetherness, generosity, and intimate communication are all present, as well as the courage to share ideas and ask questions. There does not impede oneself, and they work effectively together to complete tasks.
