Randomized evaluations
(Jameel Poverty Action Lab: JPAL)
Randomized evaluations (JPAL) are the application of economic innovations in assessments in the screening process for low-income students for the accuracy, speed, precision and validity of information. This will enhance the way of creating the educational equality and the use of technology to support the data collection process in the real area. The teachers who are the inspectors will use ‘Application’ on the smartphone to collect data into the central database of the Equitable Education Fund (EEF). In collecting this data, there are guidelines for visiting students’ homes to use in collecting the data completely, which can be traced backwards and is able to follow all OBEC scholarship students for equality after receiving the scholarship.
