(Proxy Means Test)
The proxy means test (PMT) method is a tool that can be utilized to screen the poor students and to give funds for the really poor children from kindergarten-secondary level in three under the educational institutions of OBEC. The indirect income measurement (PMT) method is a tool used to screen poor students. And to give funds to the hands of really poor children from kindergarten to secondary level in three agencies under the Office of the Basic Educational Commision (OBEC), Department of local administration (DLA) and Border Patrol Police (BPP).
