"Special Poor Children" through the Conditional Cash Transfer Project and a variety of subsidy projects by the Equitable Education Fund (EEF) aiming to bring the poor children to the point and efficiency in the COVID-19 pandemic in which this group of children is one of the most in need in Thai society.
